Review: Was given the name of this florist by another florist who was out of stock ! Called the previous florist because another florist in Biggleswade had done a less than satisfactory job on a previous order.
All that said and done I won’t use any other florist in the area.
Anna is as lovely to deal with as her flowers are beautiful to look at.
My order was pretty straightforward and she was very helpful in choosing, it was the delivery that was the tricky part, speed was of the essence !
My partner was only a phone call away from a dash to hospital but I wanted her to know she was in my thoughts every day all day.
So Anna said she would deliver them within the hour and true to her word she did but alas the phone had rung and delivery couldn’t be made, Anna called me and asked for home address and as quick as a flash was knocking on the door .
A wonder bouquet of roses of various colours and lilies. My partner couldn’t stop looking at them all evening.
I’ve never meet Anna probably never will but her warmth and customer service are the two things that will make her a huge success. She was just marvellous as were her beautiful big roses .
