Review: The amazing ladies and L&K flowers put together the flowers for my wedding in October. They created the perfect set of bouquets, button holes and a table centre pieces from an image I sent, suggesting seasonally appropriate flower substitutes which worked fantastically. Their communication was fantastic and they were patient with my slow replies and indecisiveness. A fantastic service at an exceptionally reasonable price, I would highly recommend this florist! I only wish I lived nearer to be able to use them more often.

Review: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I had a terrible experience at The Floral Spot on Saturday. I went in looking for some foliage and filler flowers, and from the moment I stepped in, I was made to feel unwelcome. The older white woman working there—who I believe is the manager—completely ignored me, but was warm and helpful to the white woman who came in after me.
When I finally asked about the filler flowers, her tone instantly changed and she abruptly told me I couldn’t buy any because they were “for orders this afternoon.” If that’s the case, why were they displayed at the front of the shop? It felt like a poor excuse to avoid serving me.
It was the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and the whole encounter felt deeply racially motivated. I left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and like I wasn’t welcome in that space. No one should walk into a shop and leave feeling less than human.
I will never return to The Floral Spot, and I strongly advise others—especially people of colour—to think twice before supporting a place where basic respect and equality aren’t practiced.
